What is Indian Spring Country Club?
Indian Spring Country Club is a member owned private country club for Indian Spring homeowners, as well as, local area residents that reside outside the community of Indian Spring. Facilities include two 18 hole championship golf courses, 26 Har Tru™ tennis courts, fitness center with two aerobics studios, spa, Olympic size pool with a Jacuzzi spa, formal & casual restaurants and a wide variety of social activities, specialty lectures and events.
 
How do I become a member of Indian Spring Country Club?
The first step is to apply for membership and receive approval from the Indian Spring Country Club Board of Governors. Next, you would pay any initial deposits and/or equities and fees (due upon signing to pursue membership in one of our listed categories of membership). Lastly, you are responsible for any dues/fees owed to the Club to begin your membership. The Club approval process can take up to, but not longer than, two weeks.
 
What are the fees involved in purchasing a Club membership?

Indian Spring Residents: Payment in full for the equity purchase price, initiation fee and all application fees and taxes which are in effect at the time you would like to pursue membership.
Payment of the prorated share of dues for the membership you would like to pursue, plus any additional fees associated with the membership

Indian Spring Non-Resident: Payment in full for the refundable deposit and all application fees and taxes which are, in effect at the time you would like to pursue membership.

What categories of membership are available & what is the payment schedule?

Indian Spring Residents:

Equity Membership: Payment of the prorated share of dues for the membership you would like to pursue, plus any additional fees associated with the membership. Thus forward, you are responsible for the monthly dues and fees.

Indian Spring Renters:

Trial Renter Membership: Payment of the prorated share of dues from the time you wish to start membership to the end of the fiscal year for the membership you would like to pursue, plus any additional fees associated with the membership. A three month minimum is required for this membership.

Non-Residents of Indian Spring:

Golf All-Inclusive Membership: Payment of the prorated share of dues from the time you wish to start membership to the end of the fiscal year for the membership you would like to pursue, plus any additional fees associated with the membership (for first time members only). Thus forward, this is an annually membership.

Sunshine Tennis Membership: Payment of the prorated share of dues from the time you wish to start membership to the end of the fiscal year for the membership you would like to pursue, plus any additional fees associated with the membership (for first time members only). Thus forward, this is an annually membership.
 
 
May I change the type of membership I have?
All members are able to downgrade or resign their membership by notifying the membership department 60 days prior to the end of the fiscal year. Member may upgrade their membership any time during the membership year.
 
Once a member, will I receive a membership card?
Yes, we like to welcome each member to Indian Spring Country Club and insure that they become familiar with our Club amenities and policies by way of a personal orientation prior to use of the facilities. Appointments are required and may be scheduled prior to your approval for membership.

You will be issued a membership ID card that will include your house account number for any charges you make while at the Club. Your children between the ages of 10 and 22 are eligible with proof of age are considered part of a family membership. If your children are full-time students (who are unmarried) between the ages of 23 and 26 are also eligible with proof of full-time student status to be listed on your family membership.
 
How are the rules & regulations established?
 
The rules and regulations are established by the Board of Governors who has in their authority, the power to adopt, alter, amend and repeal the General Club Rules governing the use of the Club and all its facilities by the member and their guests. Please refer to the ISCC by-laws for more specific information.                                                                                                              
 
 
Who is the Board of Governors?
The Board of Governors is comprised of 15 members of the Club who are elected by the Equity Membership. Each Board Member is assigned a committee to head as the chairperson. If you are an Equity Member you are able to submit an application for the Board or to sit on a Committee. May I have guests to the Club?
Yes, day guests are guests of the member for the day and must be accompanied by the member at all times. You are able to have a guest no more than 14 consecutive days. Guest passes are available and are assigned at the front desk in the main clubhouse. When making a dinner reservation please confirm with the front desk if the event is open to guest; then be sure to verify the total number of members and the number of guests in your party. You are able to bring a guests to the privileges listed for the type of membership you have pursued. Guest fees apply; please refer to your membership packet for up to date fees.
 
Do I have to make a reservation for anytime I dine at the club?
You are required to make reservations for dinner, and/or special holiday events and/or specialty brunches. You are able to make these reservations 2 weeks prior to the evening of the dinner by calling the front desk reservationists at: (561) 731-DINE (3463). We are a first come, first serve for breakfast, lunch and brunch year-round. All Non-Resident Members are able to make a reservation for one dinner per month (their choice) one week prior.
 
When else do I have to make a reservation?
 
You are required to make a reservation for most activities and lectures, as well as any shows or events. You are able to make these reservations two weeks prior to the event by calling the front desk reservationists at:      (561) 731-DINE (3463). You are able to register for an activity or lecture by calling the Clubhouse Reception Desk, (561) 737-5544. These activities and events are for: Equity, Trial Resident/Renter or Associate Members.
 
 
How do I get involved in weekly special interests groups or activities?
It's easy to get involved! Go to the assigned room a couple minutes prior to the class or activity starting to sign up for the class and meet the instructor. Space is available on a first come first serve basis.' We provide you the instructor; you are only responsible for the materials you use in the class. Is there a charge to attend the fitness classes?
No, as long as you are an Equity, Trial Resident/Renter or Associate Member all the fitness classes are part of your membership. Non-Resident Golf/Tennis members do not have Fitness/Social in their membership package.
 
How do I partake in the golf tournaments and leagues as a new member?
As an Equity Golf, Trial Golf Resident/Renter, Associate Golf and Non-Resident Full Package Golfers are able to partake in tournaments and league play. First, you must bring your current handicap records from the last 30 plays (within the last 12 months) to the golf pro shop so that they can register a handicap score for you. It is only $40 per fiscal year to register for the handicap service. Once a handicap score is registered in our system you are able to sign up for any league play or tournaments in the golf pro shop in the assigned books one week prior to the event.
 
How do I partake in the tennis tournaments and leagues as a new member?
As an Equity Tennis, Equity Golf or Equity Sports, Trial Golf, Sports or Tennis Resident/Renter, Associate Golf, Sports or Tennis Member and as a Non-Resident Sunshine Tennis member you are able to partake in tennis clinics and league play. First, you must have an evaluation from out USPTA Instructor to appropriately evaluate your level of play; we can recommend leagues and clinics for you to partake in.
 
Do you have a place to pick up food or beverages while on the golf course?
Yes, you are able to pick up items "To Go" at the Grille Room window during the hours of lunch from 11am-2:30pm Mon-Sat. You are able to call in your order for pick up while you make the "turn" by calling: (561) 737-5544 xll7. Daily happy hour drink specials are available from 11am-5pm (Mon-Sat).
 
Am I able to have guest play golf with me?
Guests are able to play golf after 12:00pm daily. Should you want to pursue an early tee time you may, where space is available one day prior to the day of play for golf members. Please contact the golf pro shop for more information: (561) 737-5510. Guest fees apply: please refer to your membership packet for up to date fees.
 
Are Social Members able to play golf and tennis; and Tennis Members able to play golf?
Yes, in the off-season (June 1-September 30) paying the applicable per time round or court fee.
